Cheddary Chicken and
Broccoli
For a quick and easy lunch
or snack try this
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm
frozen Puff Pastry Shells
2 jars (12 oz. each)
Pepperidge Farm Chicken
Gravy
1 T. lemon juice
2 c. frozen broccoli cuts,
thawed
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
½ c. shredded cheddar
cheese (2 oz.)
¼ c. sourdough cheese
croutons, crushed
Bake pastry shells. In
large saucepan mix gravy,
lemon juice, broccoli and
chicken. Heat over medium
heat, stirring
occasionally. Serve
filling in pastry shells.
Sprinkle with cheese and
top with crouton crumbs.
