Hash
Brown Casserole
2 lb. bag frozen hash
browns
1/3 t. pepper
½ c. melted butter
1 ½ t. salt
1 can cream of chicken
soup
½ c. chopped onion
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. sharp cheddar
cheese, shredded
Topping:
2 c. crushed corn flakes
½ c. melted butter
Mix all ingredients
(except topping
ingredients) together and
dump into a greased 9 x 13
pan. Top with corn flakes
and melted butter. Bake at
350 degrees for 1 hour.
